I need mine as high as possible and that is also why I do not use snap pads. Getting to my camp in Keene I have a steep drop than at bottom it levels and turns. First time down and up I had friends watching to see if anything would drag. Close but made it. Now with new suspension I am two inches higher according to service center.

What are these called? Having a hard time finding.

Not looking for the short black snappads, looking for the red ones that look 6 or 8 inches tall.

Sorry about that. Those are costly, just buy a 6x6 or 8X8 for cheaper than one of those.

Too heavy! Use the plastic Lego blocks. They work great. Light, doesn't absorb water or rot. You can adjust height by using more or less. I ditched wood many years ago.

Put it in manual mode and see if it really is out of stroke. If it is, then I'd be calling someone to see if the factory didn't mount them in the proper holes on the mounting bracket. If it isn't, I'd be calling the dealer for some over the phone troubleshooting to try to fix it. Maybe the system just needs a reset or recalibration. I've had to recalibrate mine once and it's worked fine since.

I have the same camper and LCI system. LCI manual tells you to maintain 4-6 inches from leg to ground, or blocks. If you do that, and start with a relatively level camper before you go to auto level you shouldn’t have any problems. I use the plastic blocks, and have no problems. I did at first, until I read the instructions, and talked to Lippert. Good luck

Wow. I wished my middle and rear where higher. I'm worried that my rear ones will drag. I looked to see if I could make any adjustments but the units cannot be raised. I just have to drive carefully and watch going in and out of entrances etc. Anyone else have the issue of too low? Were you able to raise them?

I raised mine as high as I could. Before I would scrape leaving my driveway. Now I do not.

I have a 2017 Pinnacle 36FLSA and have bent one of my rear jacks from dragging coming out of a gas station. Called Lippert and they said if you run a line from the bottom of your rear tire to bottom of rear bumper and it clears then you should be ok. Wish I could move them higher but no room. Have to be extremely careful where I go. Not a good jack system for the rear, maybe ought be a two stage jack.
