Ground Control 3.0 System Won't Come On

So we got back home from a 300 mile trip today, went to level the rig (2019 NP 377) and went to level the rig in the yard. Initially, I got an out of stroke error, retracted all to put some more blocks under one of the jacks then when went to auto level again it shut down mid level.

After about a minute, I did get the system to come back on hit auto level again and after about 30 seconds it shut down again. Now it will not come back on at all completely dead. I had been controlling it from the touchpad by the propane tanks, so when I went inside to check the control screen, the “leveling” icon is now gone.

I have hit the reset button on the control panel, have unplugged both 12 V and 120 V power all to no avail. At this point, we are stuck....System is dead. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Try rebooting the touch panel inside. If that fails pull the ac plug and the dc disconnect for a couple of minutes. Then turn dc back on and plug back in. That should force a full reset on the one control system

[QUOTE=Redbaron32;679215]So we got back this afternoon from about 300 mile trip and went to level our rig (2019 NP 377) in the yard. I initially got an out of stroke error, retracted everything to put some more blocks under one of the jacks then hit auto level again and mid-level the whole system just shut down. After about a minute it came back on, worked for another 30 seconds, then shut off again and now refuses to come back on. I have cycled power both 12 V and 120 V to the rig with no change.

At the time, I was controlling it from the small touchpad by the propane tanks. If I look at the Lippert touch panel inside or at the Phone app, the leveling icon is now missing.

Has anyone else had this issue? Cannot find much online. At the moment, I’m completely stuck.[/QUOT
Before I started using blocks I went out of stroke 2 times. Each time I had to do a reset to get it to work correct but it was still on the touchpad.

Download the MyLCI app for your phone. It has all LCI products and manuals.

Did you disconnect power at the ground control module or the batteries? If you used the disconnect that won't kill power to the ground control module. It gets power before the battery disconnect. Sounds like the automatic circuit breaker is tripping. Either low voltage, bad breaker or you have high amp draw like a bad jack. Did you check your battery voltage?

2019?? I would get on the phone with the dealer and/or Jayco and let them have it fixed..........at least you're home and not out in the wilderness.
