Hard buttons under bmpro - not working.

Hey everyone, we installed our charged car battery back into the fifth wheel after sitting for two months on a charger. The BMPRO tablet was so drained we had to remove it from the wall. I took it home and charged it up with a USB mini-C phone charger. It started working sort of, my issue now is the hard buttons below the tablet don't have any power.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is interesting, as the majority of issues concern the tablet. Have you checked the connection from the wall to the green board behind the buttons? The buttons should work even without the tablet installed.

Not sure if you took the tablet completely out of the mount or not, but if you did the ribbon cable connecting the hard buttons to the green circuit board may have come disconnected. I just had mine out to replace the battery in the tablet and mine had come off also accidentally as I was reassembling everything. Might wanna check that out.
