what’s the temperature where you’re at? RV heat pumps stop running when the temperature gets around 40 degrees or less because they can’t defrost.

So is it a heat pump or strip heat? There's a difference. Strip heat is electric heat strips that heat up kind of like a space heater. A heat pump is a AC in reverse.

Also how long have you had it? Has it worked in the past?

It is part of the ac unit. My jayco north point is about 5 months old. Yes it has worked in the past. I just have no way to move the camper now to bring it in and was hoping someone had an idea of what it could be.

Considering that nothing on the heat side works I'm going to assume it's strip heat. What kind is it? Coleman?

Could be a loose wire in the wall. Remove the thermostat and check the wiring in the wall, they use wire nuts and one may have fallen off. Otherwise it could be a bad thermostat.

NORTHPOINT has a heat-pump option, JAYCO does not add heat strips.

Some of the Colman units have a 5 degree limit on them. So if its 60 degrees in the rv and you turn the heat pump on and set it to 76 it won't come on. Instead it will turn on the gas heat. If that isn't the case here then I would check my breakers and fuses.
