Heated underbelly?

We recently bought a Northpoint 381FLWS and I looked but could not find answers. Does this model have heated underbelly or tanks? My apologies for asking but I lost my patience looking. Thank you.

Did you buy it new? Look at the "packages" that were included on the build sheet and then look at Jayco's website to determine what is included in those packages. You can also contact Jayco with a VIN and they will provide you with a list of features and options that were included. I agree, trying to search out this information is painful...

Did you buy new? if so, it should have the JayCommand system. If I am still warm on this trail, go to the tanks page and there you will find a button saying TANK HTR. It is part of the Jayco extreme weather package, or was for the '21 models, and would be on the "window sticker" that came with the unit. If not on the window sticker you don't have it.

Heated undebelly generally means it is enclosed, usually by corrugated plastic sheets and there is a heat duct blowing warm air into that area when the furnace runs. Take a look underneath, if you can't see tanks or much of anything but plastic sheet it's enclosed and most likely heated. Tank heaters may or may not be included depending on model. My 2020 Pinnacle does not have tank heaters.

I believe that tank heaters are part of the "Extreme Weather Package", but even without that, the underbelly is heated. Just no tank heaters...
