HELP! Ice maker won’t work

We have a 2021 RLBH. We are not getting water to our fridge at all. Been told there are two valves, one in island and one near oven. We have fooled w this for two days. No luck!

Anyone have any suggestions???

Thank you in advance.

Someone mentioned a second pump & switch just for the ice maker that is part of the bottled water system near the sink.

Thanks. The only valve and switch we found under the sink/in the island is connected to our drinking water system.

I don't know your floorplan. Is there a cabinet next to the fridge?

Look under the stove area. You have to take the drawer out to see it.

I tried to upload a photo. We have an oven directly next to it then three drawers on the opposite side.

I have a copy of the floor plan and schematics from Jayco. I can email to you if that would help! Thank you so much.

We did that. We found a valve under one of the drawers next to fridge.

Will check there. How many total valves are there?? We have found one behind the drawers and one in the island that appears to be dedicated to the drinking water system.

I'm sure there's only two valves for the refrigerator.

There are two valves on our Jayco 336 FBOK fifth wheel. One is just inside of the island near the switch that turns on the pump. The other one is behind the oven drawer, which in our case is directly next to the fridge. We had a problem with our fridge not getting water and it turned out to be clogged water line. I only wish the pump was a little quieter. It is loud enough to wake the neighbors if I get a drink of water in the middle of the night.

Did you get your water/ice working? Ever since I changed my 5 gallon jug, I have water in my fridge but no ice
