HELP Please- Question on Furnace coming on

We have been getting allot of rain today and the a/c has been going with no issues. All of a sudden the heater vents (2019 36ssws) on the floor started having air blow thru them. Does anyone know what could be causing this? We are newbies and not sure what may be wrong. Is there a way to shut it off? Or is it coming on to help dry out moisture? TIA

Sounds like it got cold enough that the thermostat turned on the furnace.

Did you turn the thermostat 3 degrees or more above the temperature displayed on the thermostat? If so it will turn on the furnace, at least it does on mine.

Definitely sounds like your heater turned on. Is it just cold air? If so are you out of propane?
