Help with ground control 3.0

Hello,

I brought our 29.5 bhds home from storage for and upcoming trip.
Unhitched from the truck and the landing gear was working. THen when trying to level it the touchpad and everything stopped working. THe one control panel doesn't show the levelling system Icon and the iphone app is now asking me to create an account but wont actually create the account. HELP! I'm at my wits end with this.

Did you try resetting the One Control panel? Small recessed button next to the power button.

No, but I found the problem. There is a crummy wire nut connecting the battery to the levelling system and one was loose. Thanks for your reply!
