Help with TV mount - How to release TV

My new 355 came with three televisions. The den and the bedroom it is easy to access the back of the television as the mount is on an arm and simply pulls away to postion the tv and is held flush with the wall by magnets in the travel position.

The television in the living room is different and appears to be locked to the mount and the mount does not appear to have an arm. I can look behind the television and see that the antenna amp is back there (green light) I also would like to be able to access the HDMI input and aux inputs but I cannot figure out how it releases. Obviously it has too somehow and I know there must be some pins or something.

I figured I'd ask here before I break something.

Should be a release cable hidden somewhere to unlock the bracket. Check the surrounding cabinets.

There is a strap that you pull down. Run your hands along bottom. It is there, so look real good.

If it's similar to the mount in our trailer, there should be a small metal release tab (I'm not sure what it's called?). You push on it to unlock the TV at the bottom of the bracket. The TV and one half the bracket will then swing away at the bottom so you can then lift TV off the portion of the bracket that stays on the wall.
Good luck finding the release mechanism on yours. I hope this helps!

Mine, apparently, is different, and I know because I recently had to reattach the tv after finding it nearly on the floor when returning from a road trip. It had bounced free of the wall, snapping the coax cable and was only saved from complete smashing by the still attached power cord = 3 inch scratched screen.

There was a frame attached to the tv which has two hooks that hung onto a wall bracket. It was supposed to be secured with two looooong screws that were on the bottom of the tv frame that once tightened would lock it to the wall frame.

It was difficult to get to so I'm guessing it was never tight and murphey finally had his way. Knowing how and where to blindly work a screwdriver I got it on nice and snug, hopefully I'll never need to remove it.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I'll poke around and see what I can see. I do recall seeing one of those silver ball chains hanging down behind the bottom of the TV in the small gap while trying to figure it out.

For those of you that have a pull strap, does pulling on it completely release the TV from the mount or does it release the mount from a locked position.

Worst case I'll get the dealer tech to assist.

I tend to prefer to do most things myself, but am not above asking for assistance if need be.

Our new 321 RSTS has a metal pull chain to release the tv latch. When the tv is pushed to lock it back in place, it causes the chain to flip over the wood trim out of sight. Get a piece of wire about 8" long and bend one end into a small hook. With a flashlight look under the tv and you should be able to see the chain and hook it with the wire and pull it over the wood trim.

I see the chain through about 1/2" gap. When I pull it will the whole TV fall off the wall? Or does it just release the swivel.

It will just release the swivel. The tv stays attached to the bracket.

Mine has the ball chain, pull it down while pulling the TV away from the mount and it'll swivel outwards.
