Help with Wineguard Wifi Gateway install to Wineguard 360

We have a Jayco Eagle HT 31MB that we purchased in January. This unit comes with the Wineguard 360 Antenna which is designed to work with the optional Wineguard Wifi Gateway (sold separately). We purchased the Gateway but when my husband installed it he found that the wire to power the gateway is not properly installed. We verified that there is no power coming to the wire. Thinking that perhaps the wire was just not hooked up to the fuse panel, we contacted Jayco for a wiring diagram and were told they did not have a wiring diagram on this unit. So, we purchased a wire tracer and traced the wire through the rv to the front cap where it ends. I am attaching a link to a video of my husband using the wire tracer to demonstrate where the wire goes. We need this issue resolved asap as we need to work from our RV and must be able to run the gateway wifi that we purchased to get a decent wifi signal. We've contacted our dealer but this far we don't even have a date to bring our RV in. I'm wondering if anyone else here has ever had this issue or has any suggestions as to how to resolve it?

Few threads here and on the internet about it. Seems like it was quick decision on Jaycos part when they decided to use the winegard 360 and they didn't really wire the units properly for it. We were going to hook ours up but I didn't want the hassle of tracing out the wiring so went with the Nomad internet solution. I've been told the hot wire is by our bedroom control box for the slide out and lights but I would need to install a switch for off and on.

I had the same issue, the ground wire was not attached down in the basement on the wet bay side near my inverter. I attached the ground ring to the frame and now it works perfectly.

Cool tool! Did you find the other end? I'm looking at getting the Gateway and am hoping to not have the same problem

If your Winegard Air 360 is working with the router, how do you like the performance?

Having same issue

I’m assuming you resolved and your WiFi router is working. How did you resolve? We chased the wire to the front cap as well in our closet. Left side of trailer. Mine isn’t a fifth wheel. 2021 Jayco Eagle 332CBOK.

We had to take it to the dealer and have it fixed. They ran a née wire rather than opening up the cap. All was covered under warranty but it was definitely a pain.
