Hitch Height Function

For some reason I've lost the hitch height function on the One Control App. Also it is grayed out on the panel inside and when I try to use that function on the exterior pad I get a flashing red light. Anyone ever had a similar problem and possible solution?

This has happened the last two times I've tried the hitch height function.

from the Lippert level up manual:

"Note: If the front of the trailer was below level when the Auto Level process was initiated, the hitch recognition feature will retract the rear jacks but will not retract the front jacks to lower the trailer to the initial hitch height. This feature helps prevent injury and/or damage to anything underneath the trailer."


Don't know if that is the problem...but it could be?

Don't know if that is the problem...but it could be?

No, the only way I can retract the middle and rear jacks is to "Retract All". On the Lippert Scout forum, I was told that I could retract the middle and rear jacks by using the manual mode and that should clear the problem for the next time.
