hot water heater

Winterized the 5 wheel the first time today. I removed the plug from the hot water tank and it just a plastic plug no rod. is this normal?

You have the aluminum tank style water heater which doesn’t need an anode rod. Mine is the same.

Yep! Recommend having a spare nylon plug. They are easy to cross thread.
