That is one of my bent outriggers. It is located just in front of kitchen slide next to center jack. U have to take out the piece that seals the very front tire wheel well. It is screwed and sealed in place. It ripped up that cheap bottom poly type fabric removing it. I would never of known there was an outrigger there except for Fingerlakes post. The other pic is the roller bracket wearing the bottom slide material. Between that outrigger and the next one back also bent jamming my slide from going in. Going down our smooth highways did this. That heavy slide just is supported by rollers and the thin junk outriggers that failed.

2016 Pinnacle 36 REQS. Floors squeak everywhere. Kitchen, bed room, hallway, living room. Since it's like at home, we've just adapted to it. This is just another thing on the list of poor quality of our coach.

Those roller marks are normal but look at the weight on those rollers doing that. My roller bracket is tearing up that material. They need to install twice as many rollers to support these slides.
I guess I am lucky with just bathroom floor squeak but it is getting worse and u can push by hand and feel and see the floor flex.
That tire is an axle issue tilting the tire out to do that. If the axle was out fore or aft it would scrub the threads all the way across. If it was a car it would be a bad caster or camber issue to wear just the inside or outside thread

Mine looks to be doing the same thing but not as bad. Check the spacing between your tires on each side. If there is a difference in spacing dimension, check your U bolts on your axle to make sure there tight and your leaf spring center bolt is in place and tight. Have you changed one of your leaf springs by any chance?

That has to be a bent axle , axle or tire spacing would scrub the entire tire surface to wear inner or just outer edge it is bent in or out (top, bottom).

Did u measure the distance between the axles on each side? From your latest picture (and it is hard to tell) it looks like maybe a little scrubbing. Was that tire at max inflation pressure? If the outside of the left tire is wore away and the right tire is fine it has to be bent, overloaded would wear inside of tire.
Magic tilt trailer had to add a second axle to my
Pontoon trailer. The weight was wearing the inside of each tire. Yours is the outside. Did u maybe clip a curb? Without measurements it is hard to pinpoint why it wore like that. Could be something simple like a bad tire. U can google front end alignment tire wear problems and u can see how tires wear if toe or caster camber is out

Having same issues!

I purchased a new 2017 Eagle 312 RSTS and this unit is a lemon! The bedroom floor has major squeak issues- flooring has an area where it was not screwed down, also has 1/4" gap on one end and 3/8" gap on the other? You can see the underside of the carpet and plywood tongue has come apart. the bathroom as well has separated- 3/16" hump in front of the toilet and runs to underside of the shower. When you walk in you hear the plastic rubbing against the linen closet and floor. I also have 4 areas in and around the kitchen island. Mine seem to be due to my dinette slide. It is very rough extending, when it reaches it max. limit it virtually drops into place? You can feel the floor flex? so not sure whats happening with the underside of the slide system. My auto level is way out as well- almost 3 " too high on the front. Have 21 issues with it, and ready to trade it off for another unit- NOT a Jayco!

That worn tire is a bent axle. I had the same thing happen to mine. 1 of the 4 tires was wearing on the inside of the tread. Axle shop said the rear axle had lost its arch. 2 new beefier axles and problem solved.

No issues yet! Watching the springs as well, as I read other owners had issues with axles and springs. I think the 3000's are too light for the 321 RSTS, for a 37 ft. unit., and wish Jayco would go with a 6 pt. auto level system vs the 4pt. Looks like my back end of the trailer is sagging? They could use a heavier gauge of steel frame! My 2017 Dodge 3500 Turbo, certainly has no problems pulling it! Nice hitch on trailer, makes for a quite ride!
