How do I drain the fresh water tank on my 98 Eagle 293RKS?

I have a 1998 Jayco Eagle 293RKS. How do I drain the fresh water tank? There are 2 drain lines at the rear of the camper where the fresh water tank fill is located. under the microwave is where the 12-volt pump is located and there are two 1/4 turn valves in that same compartment but neither of them are for draining the tank.

There should be a visible white valve under the trailer near the FW tank.

Those two hoses you see are probably overflow lines, with no valves on them. Your fresh water drain may just have a threaded cap if the valve was replaced.
Your trailer have underbelling enclosed? Would assume so otherwise you could see the tanks and lines. If you don't find another hose (or 2, if two tanks), then crawl around looking fir a hole in the underbelly. Maybe the lines are short and belly is sagging.
