How do you remove the BMPro controller from the wall?

How do you remove the controller from the wall (the part that has the touch screen where you control the entire RV? I have seen posts that say "just pop it off", but I have tugged pretty hard and it doesn't seem to budge. I'm afraid I will rip it out of the wall by its roots if I pull too hard, creating a bigger problem for myself. Controller pic should be attached to this post.

If I recall correctly ours was pretty snug the first time we pulled it away from the base. It's easier now having removed it a couple of times. There are two tabs on the bottom of the bracket. If you can press those tabs in while pulling on the controller it should make it easier to remove. The lead wire on ours is very short so once we get the controller loose from the base there is little room to work with unless you unplug the unit.

Thank you. I knew there had to be clips or tabs or something somewhere. I tried getting my fingers around the edges, but our controller is inside/behind a door and there isn't much room around the edges to poke around. Unfortunately, our controller is mounted close to the bottom lip of the door, which will make it extremely difficult to press the clips. (Thank you Jayco for making an easy task difficult). At least now I know where they are at and can try to remove the controller. Thanks again.

Happy to help. Hope you're able to remove it without issue. By the way, welcome to the forum!
