How to winterize with a tankless water heater

I have a 2018 Eagle HT 30.5 MBOK with a Girard tankless water heater. My question is how to winterize a tankless WH since you don't have a tank to drain? Do you still by-pass? Any help and details would be appreciated. Thanks!

There should be a low point drain valve just under the tankless water heater that will drain it. My North Point was that way.

Correct, there is a low point drain for the water heater. I have the same unit in my NorthPoint 377 and mine does not have a bypass valve.

We have a low point drain valve right next to the Girard heater. Our dilemma is that the inlet is NOT at the low point, and gravity does not flow into the heater and out the low point drain.

We use Compressed air - if there is some water left over, it is not enough to burst plumbing. Then we open the low point drains for the winter.
