Ht 30.5mbok

I just noticed that Jayco put this floorplan back on their website. I am really excited about this. This could be exactly what my family needs. One thing I am unsure about is the outside kitchen. I can't tell how it fits. When I do the 360 degree walk through I dont see a place for it.

Anyway, I hope there is a MSRP listed soon along with an expected availability date.

By the looks of where the outside kitchen is, it tucks under the upper landing in front of the steps to the bedroom.

I really like this layout and it is sure to be popular. But with a GVWR just under 12k lbs and dry pin weight of 1795 lbs I question if it should be in the HT series of 5ers. I do not think I would pull this 5er with a HT truck.

I agree. I definitely would not tow this with a 1/2 ton, in fact, this is about as heavy a trailer I would attempt with my 3/4 ton.

I was really excited to see it too when it first showed up on their site. I contacted my local jayco dealer and they said that they will start production in April 2017. I can't wait to see it in person. Hopefully they will have a sample model at the rv show in Cleveland in january.
