HWH leveling system won't retract

I have a '11 Jayco fifth wheel (REQS36) with a HWH auto leveling system.
The unit has set on a permanent site for a couple years and now we are going to move it. When I try to use the key pad on the leveling system I hear relays clicking but the pump does not start. Does anyone know if there is a master reset switch? or has anyone run into this?

Thanks

Some units require the battery to be fully charged ? Try hooking the plug to the truck while its running Not sure on your system but some you can unplug the cord that goes to the control box Wait a minute then re plug and it will reset
