Hello and welcome to the forum. I have a NP and yesterday was trying to install some Snap Pads I try doing one at a time but when I push the left hand or the right hand button both would come down but one of them will come down quicker than the other so when you get almost to the ground you can stop.
I was out with my DW and I try to make her understand that if you say if you want the left side to go down you push the rear and the left button down but she never did that so if you try that it might work.
