I got a stinky toilet....

Yeah I know I should flush more often but actually that is not the problem.
After my toilet sits for a few hours and now even less time that it is summer....when I go to flush ( even if there is no solid waste ) the water will turn brown and I get that merciless sulfer/bad egg smell. & after about 10 to 15 seconds the water is clear and no smell.
I honestly do not know what to search for in this particular case but surely I am not the only one to have this problem.

Sounds like you got some contamination in your water line. When was the last time you sanitized your lines?

Saw this article....it's close to what I do....

Some people marinate the system for longer periods of time (4 -12 hrs overnight)....or shock the system with stronger mixtures for shorter periods.
