I’m hitched and can’t get jacks to go up

I’m hitched and can’t get legs to retract when hit retract all. Help!!!!

You obviously have a power issue. In the future you should post what type of unit you have so someone with the same unit that may have had this problem before can help. My initial thought is you did something that took the power away from the switch. Shore power, 5th wheel power, Tow vehicle power etc. Also theres breakers for over current issues. Find someone in the area your at that may know more. (mobile techs)

I'm pretty sure that OP has solved this issue by now, but just wondering...

Did you just press retract all? That won't retract the landing gear, the landing gear needs to be brought up separately.

Not on my rig. Retract All does just that Retracts all including the landing gears...

Mine retracts all legs as well. I can’t get the rear jacks down. The first day that we got this unit the delivery guy didn’t have the keys so we tried it with the battery because we couldn’t hook to sure power so the first time it was taken off of the truck it was not trying to level with shore power but by the battery. Could that have messed something up. Also what I was told was to raise the landing gear higher than level and then hit auto level and it supposed to level out. So right now my landing gear is down the stabilizers in the middle are down And the rear jacks are up

Go to the phone app then to the leveler section, then switch to manual mode, then you can manually control each stabilizer individually if needed.
