ice maker

have 2021 32RLTS PINNICLE FW i have water going to everything but the ice maker. they tell me that the 5 gallon water bottle goes to the ice maker , but still no water in the ice maker. anyone help

Did you turn on the pump for the drinking water system? It's a separate pump. Should only supply water to the drinking water spigot and the ice maker.

On my 2021 377 RLBH, the switch is on the side of the island. On earlier models, it's inside the island cabinet.

Mine wouldn’t work either. Turned out the valve feeding the fridge was never opened. I pulled out the drawer under the oven, and found the valve at the back right.
