Inside lights

Got a question for anyone who may know the answer. We have a 2023 Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel. Issue: my lights inside my RV just randomly go out. I can't find anywhere where there is a timer on the lights. They come back on when I turn them back on, but just randomly they will go out without anyone turning them off. Anyone have this issue?

all the lights controlled by the Jaycommand system go out and show off on the tablet or phone when this happens? Exterior also?

Yes. It’s really weird. It’s like they’re on a timer.

Are you close enough to another unit that perhaps they are communicating with yours?

Could somebody else have paired their phone with your RV just to bust your chops?

No, There's only 3 campers in the whole area and none are close to us.

If it were my RV...I would check and reset the main power wires going into the node on the lower right corner of the node...I think it's called "system power". IF that doesn't fix it...I would suspect the node being the problem.

Does it turn off with just a couple of lights? or only when the system has most of the lights on and under a higher load?

All the details you provide can help with suggestions.

Also, Email the BmPro people directly if you don't find anything. More precise and concise details are better.

It doesn’t seem to matter how many lights are on. I have noticed that it doesn’t seem to effect the lights that are on switches though. It only effects the lights that are on push buttons.
