Install metal valve stems on pinacle 38FLSA

I need to get metal valve stems for my 2015 Pinacle 38FLSA. Can anyone tell me what size stem fits the 16 inch rim on my 5th wheel. I want metal because I am going to use flow through TPMS sensors.

I can't answer your question but I will say make sure your wheels will accept metal stems. I have aluminum 14 inch wheels on my White Hawk and I use TPMS. I went to the tire shop and asked for metal stems and balanced. They showed me where metal stems wouldn't work on my style of wheel.

We have been running rubber stems for two years on our fiver using Tire Minder brass sensors. When I had metal stems on our Montana they always leaked. Maybe it was the installer, but we don't have leaks anymore.

Best to find the bolt in stems first with aluminum wheels or take it to someone that has a large selection.

They make all kinds of them to fit all wheels. They just may not stock the ones you need.

They wouldn't leak unless damaged, installed wrong or not correct. Bolt in is the best you can have.

They have internal and external bolt in. Some rims will depict which you have to go with.

Flea markets and swap meets are a good place to find a variety of bolt in stems. Usually so cheap you can buy several sizes and types to try.

Internal bolt in, I use some thread locker.

Thanks all for your help. I was able to find metal bolt in stems. My rims needed the small bore size grommet and they sealed up fine. I purchase 1.25' long metal stems from autozone. They had both size grommets in the package. The small ones fit my application. Thanks again.
