Inverter on pinnacle

We have a 2016 pinnacle fbts in regards to the inverter should it be turned off when hooked up to shore power and then turned on when traveling to run refrigerator or can you just leave it on?

You can leave it on. It will automatically switch to shore power when connected. You probably have the same inverter I do which is a Xantrex XM1000.

And if for some reason you loose shore power while you're out, the fridge will stay on.
