Inverter Reset after power outage

We keep our 2018 Eagle 317RLOK at a RV resort. We have experienced multiple power outages during recent storms. The fridge is off And the inverter beeeps with errror E09. A flip of the battery disconnect off then back on gets power back. Also to note we have a surge suppressor. Never had this issue with our previous Jayco.

Is this normal? Also is there a gadget I could get that would let me know there was a power outage? Thank you

That's a low voltage (battery) code and it would require a manual reset. I don't think it has an auto reset once that happens. I would turn the inverter off so it just defaults to shore power when it comes back on.

There are some gadgets out there. I have used a old freeze alarm, Bluetooth adapter and old prepaid phone for a very long time and it works great.

There is a device called MarCELL that looks good.

Yep, our 2017 Eagle does it as well even with a brand new pair of group 29 12v batteries. Even sometimes just disconnecting shore power in preparation to leave a campground will cause it to occur as well. I am scheduled to have the inverter replaced with a larger one during our next dealer visit.

I have the Marcell very happy with it. We use it to help with our pets, making sure power and temp is okay when we leave the RV. I put up a video about it.
