Is your Eage slide room centered in the hole?

I posted this in Tech Talk. Wondering if your slide room is centered inside the hole in the wall. Mine is way off and I can't figure out why.

We have a Eagle 351 RLTS and yes, all three slides are centered in the opening.

Our Designer's slides are centered, too. Don't see how they could work properly unless they are centered. Could the slide rails be installed incorrectly (off center) ?

When the slide room is retracted, the room walls are centered and equidistant from the coach walls. When the room is extended, it's way off. In retrospect, I don't think it's the room at all. It's the end wall. Once I fix the floor with the Kwik Poly and fix the framing to suck the wall back in, everything should be fine.
