Issue with 2016 HT Eagle 29.5 BHDS - Slideout

I have an issue with my main slide out. I noticed it would not extend all the way out. I checked to see if anything was obstructing and found nothing. When I went to retract it it would not close all the way and the brackets for the awning appeared to be coming loose, meaning the screws on the brackets had popped out. When it was extended I did notice tears on the awning at each end. So not sure if it is the awning itself obstructing it. Anyway one side appears to be tight but the left side would not retract completely leaving about a 2-3 inch gap. Gonna get it to the dealer this week and hope like heck the warranty will cover. Has anyone else had an issue with the main slide out on this model? Thank you
