Thanks to all who have responded to my message. Thursday is the day for delivery. I had the hitch installed this past Wednesday. At least I don’t have to fully outfit the FW. I’m sure I’ll find something further to add in addition to what was mentioned already.

I just thought of something I had to update when I moved from the TT to a FW. I always keep a spare fuse for every size fuse in the TT. On my second trip with the FW, I discovered I didn’t have spare fuses for all the various sizes in a FW. Be sure to check your fuse panel and compare to your spares and make sure you are covered!!

A step stool comes in handy with the taller ceilings in the FW.

Wow! That’s something I missed. I will have to get that done. Thanks!

There are a couple of things I happen to see today while at Camping World. The first thing was a 30 and 15 amp male Y dogbone to 50 amp female. I assume this is so you are able to get at least 45 amps out of the 50 amp service? Has anyone used one of these and are they ok to use?

Second item was a Lubricating disc for the pin box. Is it recommended I get one of these?

Man, all these FW questions 🥴

I use a disc and I think it’s the way to go.
A thought on the step ladder/stool, I have a short folding step to reach the jaw lock on the hitch (it’s a B&W). I also use it to place my backing aid on the plate prior to hitching. It’s a bumper hitch backing aid from HF. Wasn’t worth a poop for its intended use. But since I can’t see the hitch from the driver’s seat, the guide plopped in front of the pin gap, I line it up with the pin as I back. Gotta use the step to set the b/u aid.

X2. I have one with my dually and it is a life saver. It will fit single rear wheel also. The lube disc is good plan! It will protect the surface of your hitch and prevent metal on metal grinding. You also need a good dry lube for the tracks and gears on the slide outs. I am also planning on getting a level to mount on the front of FW so I can see how level side to side before unhooking. I think it will help to know if blocks under the wheels are needed and hopefully avoid out of stroke errors on automatic leveler.

I agree! getting too old to balance myself on the rear wheels. Just don't forget to remove it before you move the truck! (Don't ask how I Know.)

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.
