We purchased a 2020 Pinnacle 32RLTS a year ago and discovered that our tri-fold sofa is not level making it very difficult for an adult to sleep on. The seat cushion part of the bed is higher than the rest of the bed by a couple of inches. I would like to know if others have this problem and, if so, how did they fix it?

My 2017 Eagle 293RKDS is the same way. We put an air mattress on it or memory foam depending on the guest person(s) choice.

Same with mine. Additionally, a large space between the first section of the tri-fold and the rest of it. Tonight I picked up a $35 1.5” memory topper for it. It’s much much better with that. Not perfect, but nearly imperceptible. The topper is thin enough I can roll it up and stuff in a cabinet.

Level it as much as possible putting shims between the floor and its frame, front to back and side to side. And then use a thin piece of memory foam to make up the difference along that panel.
I also shortened the leg on the foldout portion that sits on the dining room slide carpet, but you probably don't have side to side issues like that on a 2021 without carpet.

Thanks, everyone, for the replies and suggestions. We are going to try a combination of adjusting the legs (didn't know it was possible until I saw a video on another website), shims, and memory foam. This is our 3rd trailer, but first time with this issue. I appreciate your help!
