Jay Flight M-24.5 RBS fifth wheel

I sold my Class C sunseeker and am planning on buying a Jay Flight M-24.5 RBS fifth wheel. Does anyone have this fifth wheel? What has been your experience with it?

I looked up the floor plan... wow, nice layout and it's probably light weight too.
