Jayco 2019 Eagle HT 28.5RSTS
I have a 2019 Eagle HT 28.5RSTS and have had nothing but trouble with it. Jayco customer service is the land of no or they simply don't care. We had lots of issues with the kitchen slide and ultimately discovered that the passenger side wall (kitchen side) had not been bolted, screwed or otherwise properly attached to the frame. When that was being fixed it was discovered that the entire bedroom over the king pin was moving up and down. Three different attempts to fix have yet to be successful. Jay customer service told the dealer to stop working on it because the warranty was now expired EVEN THOUGH the problem has been known since the unit was new. The first attempted repair happened during the first year of service.
Is anyone else having this or similar problems? If so, what has been done to resolve it or has is been resolved? Thanks, Robert
