Jayco 377rlbh with 2015 F350 SRW?
Would a 2015 F350 SRW handle a 377rlbh? I am most concerned with the pin weight. We would be traveling for a year. This would be a non Onan generator model. Thanks for your thoughts. Bill

Man! That's a close call! I know there is a whole bunch of variables here but, the specs show that the NP 377 grosses out 25 pounds heavier than my 2015 Pinnacle 36FBTS.
You said you was going to be traveling for a year. I am assuming that the drive train for what you have now will be the same as with a dually. If that is the case, I wouldnt be afraid to try it. Because, I will be towing our Pinnacle with a 1 ton SRW Duramx/Alison package.
Merely my 2 cents worth. But, if you pay close attention to your gross weights and don't go over....you should be ok.

Put air bags or Timberns on to help.
There are a lot of guys on here towing with a 1 ton.
Though I'm not saying jump off a bridge if they do.

I am towing our 2016 North Point 375BHFS with our 2014 F-350 SRW with no added air bags or springs and it sits perfectly level and tows it just fine. If I were retired and traveling a lot or full timing then maybe a dually.

Short answer is yes, but you will be close if not slightly over depending on how you load it. Engine is the same SRW or Dually. Not sure on the build ups available in Ford for SRW and DRW on the tranny or rear ratios which is where you are going to find the differences. Ram has many variables so not all are equal.
If you are going to be hauling for a year I would vote for a Dually for the the added support and stability. If you own the truck already, then you could get by like many others do and be happy.

Redbird, is it just me, the angle of the picture, or are you way out of level to the front?
Love that truck

Yes on that picture I am looking out of level. Wayvthe pavement was tilted. I have it looking better normally. Just did not take a picture of it hooked up.

WOW! That is an even heavier pin then mine. I came in at 7480# on my drive axle loaded, fueled, with my family of 5 plus the dog. Though my axles were at 13K. Just goes to show you how configurations can shift weight significantly in a unit and why scales are important. Have yet to do this new TV setup and I will be on our first long outing passing the CAT.
To the OP if I researched correctly the 2015 SRW F350 rear axle is rated at about 6800-7200# to the ground depending on configs. A DRW is rated at about 9600#. That would put you way over your max in the SRW.

Thank you for the input. Your replies have confirmed my suspicions. A 377rlbh should be towed by a dually.

Is your fifth wheel equipped with a generator?
