Looking at purchasing 2021 Northpoint. Love the bells and whistles. We are new to fifth wheel, but owned a jayco years ago. Are they still a hood rig.

Looking at buying 2021 Northpoint 310GK-R.
Any problems to report on a Jayco. How is customer service? We owned a Jayco years ago before Thor.

2020 Pinnacle 36' SSWS. Already have 5-6 trips reserved including Glacier Nat Pk in September. We will also include a trip to the Oregon coast, which we try to enjoy every year.

2021 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS
We just purchased our first 5th wheel, we have had truck campers and a Class A in the past. Already owned a diesel truck so we went with a 2021 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS and really do like it. A couple of issues at pick up, one brake was misadjusted causing that wheel (and only that wheel) to lock on very low trailer brake settings, dealer fixed it and replaced the wheel due to a few flat spots on the tire. Awning switch had a wire off that needed to be reconnected and the two items waiting to get repaired.. Wardrobe slide has an inner seal that slipped down and got caught in the slide gear (Chewed up is an understatement) and the dealer will need to address a bathroom floor that squeaks so bad it wakes up my wife if I get up at night to use the bathroom. Our dealer has been great throughout all the repairs.

I have one wheel that locks up like that- I hope they can figure it out when I take it in for our final warranty work in 2 weeks.
Thanks for the info.

Make sure you check out the tire, ours was towed in to Idaho from Montana so it had been locking up on that trip and the tire had 4 decent flat spots on it. Our dealer contacted the axle company and all was made right in less than a week

new eagle owner in 2020
we like the floorpan design , with every heavy weight things such appliances and pantry sit on the Fram ,of the trailer instead to be inside a slide out. the last trailer we owned from open range , has so much issu with the slide out , so we choose the eagle ht 30.5 mlok for that reason. so far we love it , but just use it shortly last summer after delevery.this year we expect to use it a lot. can't wait to start the new season, in quebec, and sad to not going south during winter to visit our neighbours .
