29.5 BHDS Eagle HT

In November I purchased a 29.5BHDS HT from Orlando RV. I respect the craftsmen ship and quality of jayco RV but would never recommend orlando RV as a place to purchase from. The sale price was what I thought was reasonable so my wife and I decided to make the purchase. During the PDI inspection several issues were noted to be repaired. Five months later and still no repair. When we call, the service rep tells us they need to order parts, then additional parts and on and on and on. Please tell your friends so they too don't make the same mistake as we did. As far as the sales dept. goes we would rate them on a scale of 1 to10, a 7 or 8. The service dept. I would rate them a 1. P.S. Orlando RV has several companies but I'm sure they are all the same Orlando RV I'm disgusted with you and you have turned the joy of purchasing our first new RV into a nightmare.

Brought home my 345 BHTS 2 weeks ago. It's BIG! But what a great camper. We took it out last weekend with 3 teenagers, dog, and cute wife. Already adjusting things! Replaced taillights and marker lights with LED's, added hitch on back for bike carrier, and currently making up a grill mount for the back.

Own a 2013 36reqs premier fifth wheel. We are waiting on our 2016 38fsla to come in. We are full-time rv and have to say that jayco customer service has been the best. We haven't had any issues getting things fixed when we are in a park. We hope to have the same great service with the new one.

Looks like Crab may have to add a new 5'er.... I got an e-mail this morning from RV Connection about Jaycos' new North Point 5th wheel. Anyone seen it yet?

We just bought our first 5th wheel 28.5 Eagle HT switched from a cabover camper. This is our fourth week with it and took a trip to Boise ID. We just love it and how easy to tow

The Premier has been re-named the North Point for 2016.

No point in not having some confusion.

On June 1st we picked up our new eagle HT 29.5BHDS from Indiana RV and spent 16 days traveling with it back to AZ. This is my first 5er and I'm loving it. It certainly is quite the step up from the 2004 jayco pop up I had for 11 years.

This new rig defeninately met all my requirements for a family rig and a hunting rig for me and the fellas.

Smile Eaglelite 31.5 RLTS

We bought our fiver used in 2014 and have enjoyed it while camping and now full time. Kitchen is actually quite roomy but short on counter space so we added a 48" kitchen island on wheels. I block it up and anchor it with straps while travelling. Has worked out excellant. Oh yeah, the space behind the tv makes a great liquor cabinet!: :
