Jayco Eagle 27.5 HT Winterizing

Anyone have the Jayco Eagle 2015 27.5HT? Looking for tips on winterizing the unit. Have located the hot water heater and bypass valves. Now looking for the water pump which I think is located close to or underneath the hot water heater. Both are located on the left of the kitchen sink. Also, has anyone experienced the fireplace failure. It has a separate switch so on the hot water heater or fireplace can operate singularly, but not at the same time. I understand their may be a fuse somewhere but other than the 110 volt breakers, have not found anything. Have not pulled the fireplace out yet to look behind it. It is a friends unit and he has a couple months left on the warranty so I'm suggesting he get it in to a dealer.

The water pump on my 2016 is in the front storage on the left side. As you look in the storage it is behind the wall on right. Mine has a square panel to remove to access it. I have not had any problems with my fireplace only used it twice. Hope this helps.
