Jayco Eagle bearing/brake issue

I have a 2019 Jayco Eagle with maybe 1500 miles on it. I just pulled into a campsite and heard this scraping or grinding noise coming from the right side wheels. I attached a short video of the noise in hopes someone could point me in the right direction. It's a new trailer so hopefully this is something simple someone can point out like a rock or dirt got lodged in the drum. Thanks for any and all help!

Sounds like the brakes are coming apart. Shine a flashlight in the back of the brake hub through the adjustment holes and see if any parts are floating in the bottom. Make sure the adjuster is clearly attached as well.

I think you need to pull it regardless. A brand new brake assembly is reasonable at about $100.00-$125.00. It's a simple job if you have some basic tools or since you are in warranty perhaps a mobile tech will come out via Coach Net that comes with your first year of ownership.

Thanks for the feedback. Coach Net looks like a great service, didn't even know that came with Jayco purchases. Just called them and unfortunately they said they recently stopped supporting towables. Bummer

Pretty easy to pull brake drum off and take a look, check utube.I did my bearings took about an hour per wheel! Thanks

It's under WARRANTY...........Call Jayco and have them send a mobile tech out to repair.

That was the first thing I did. Jayco customer service informed me they do not provide mobile techs. They gave me the number for the axle manufacturer and said to call them to see if they do, or call a mobile tech to have them check it out and call Jayco for an authorization to do any repairs. So now I''m just waiting for some calls back from possible mobile techs. It's probably nothing, maybe some dirt or gravel, but with the family in the truck I'd rather play this one safe and have it checked out before we continue on.
