Jayco Eagle HT 29.5 FBDS

Our fifth wheel was delivered to the dealer yesterday and we should be picking up next week after they clean and prep.

Love the rear bedroom area.

Looking forward to bringing home and getting it all set up.

Do you have enough outside storage?

How many batteries do you have?

Yes on the outside storage. We do also store camp chairs and cots in the front bunk area. I removed the outside kitchen refrigerator (we don't need it), and that is an excellent area for more storage - we store firewood, charcoal, two dutch ovens, and related cooking stuff there. We do use the two outside burners that are there.

We have one battery now, and we carry a Honda EU2000i generator in the truck bed. I am looking at options for two 6 volt batteries.

Thank you.

I also thought about removing the refrigerator, I will check this out when I actually get the camper.

I am moving up from a travel trailer and I am sure I will have enough storage.

Congrats on the new HT.

Did you special order your F250 with any special equipment, or find it on the lot so to speak??

Luckily found it on a lot with the color and options we wanted.

Congrats. We got our 29.5 FBDS new last spring and love it. Front bunk area does duty as a 'walk-in' storage closet and a 'little-man' cave for the grandson.

I've done many upgrades and/or mods so far. Next on my list is adding powered ceiling vents in the back bed room and front bunk house.

Thank You!!

Did you add an extra battery? If yes, did you use existing compartment?

What other mods did you complete?
