Jayco Eagle RSTS321 fresh water overflow

Is there an overflow for the fresh water tank on our midel?

We have the rsts291 and the overflow tube is behind the rear tire, drivers side about 3 feet, near the frame rail. Mine has two tubes, one is the overflow and I believe the other is the vent.

Definitely there's an overflow about three feet behind axles on left side. There will be no doubt when tank is full (which is quite a while after last tank level light comes on).
