Well I think there might be some good news that possibly I can use the “auxiliary” coax input in my utility center. There are 3 inputs, Cable / Satellite / Auxiliary. I came across a post that references the auxiliary as providing a feed to the bedroom and basement outlets. I have an outdoor kitchen, so I suppose it feeds those as well.
This was the first time in my life I was planning to read a manual after a purchase but quickly found out the owners manual on this 5th wheel is just a waste of trees.

Yeah, this is what the one that's coming just point and the dish will find it.

I use a king dome on a tripod and yes SD is all I get but happy with that.
My 5th wheel is a 2006 so not wired for satellite, so just added a connector on the side of the trailer closest to the Sat Box. Yes had to drill but not traumatic.

I don’t get it, DIRECTV is supposedly stopping standard definition television in April of this year. But they are still selling all of the satellite dishes that only get standard definition I am very confused. Does anybody know what’s going on.

I want a sat system for my RV but I'm concerned that I read direct TV is dropping sd programming. Anyone else hear of this?

You can get a large dish with swm lnb from just about anyone who has abandoned or switched their service, or moved away. I just take a compatible receiver from home and have a separate hookup on the side of our 5th wheel that connects direct to the tv and bypasses all the crappy trailer wiring. I have been using this for a lot of years with no problems and never been in a spot I could not receive HD programming.

Okay, I pulling out what little hair I have left on my head . I'm trying to hookup my second (bedroom) Wally. I have the Pathway X2 which supports two receivers. I ran a second cable from the X2 to the "AUX" on the docking station. The coax receptacle in the bedroom has two connections, satellite & cable/tv I tried both and get no signal. I also tried cable on the docking station instead of aux and still no signal. Is there anyone with the X2 that has a receiver in the living room and one in the bedroom?!

Duh! It really helps when you choose the "source" on the TV remote!! There it was.............HDMI2-Wally. I have never used this particular receiver since it was new over a year ago. It's going through a software update which can take an hour. Will see what happens. BTW, I have the coax hooked up to "cable" in the docking station and the receiver hooked to tv/cable in the bedroom.
