Jayco Fifth Wheel / Whirlpool Refrigerator

So I just bought a 2021 Jayco Eagle 319MLOK with a Whirlpool residential refrigerator Model WRS571CIH201 - Nice to look at with ice/water dispenser in the door. We've taken the unit out 4 times and each time the shelves inside and in the door have crashed to the bottom of the unit. The only thing that held the mess inside was the velcro strap around the door handles. All the food and drinks were in the bottom of the refrigerator. The nubs that hold the shelves on the doors actually broke off. Now, they say they can replace the door but won't replace the broken shelves. I'm reaching out to Whirlpool since Jayco won't do anything at all to help me. Whirlpool sent someone out but they couldn't help me with the shelves. I've talked to Whirlpool customer service and they are seeing what they can do. So far I'd be very forewarned about purchasing a Jayco 5th Wheel with this particular model refrigerator in it unless you like the aggravation and the mess to clean up every time you go camping!!!

If they don’t help you, I’d just consider gluing the shelves in place…if possible.
