Jayco north point 375bhfs

Hi. Just purchased a 2017 northpoint 375bhfs fifth wheel. First trip to Disney and hooked up to site. Have very little water pressure and no hot water and no water when faucets are on hot. Also air conditioning in main area and bunk house blows warm air. Any suggestions or easy fixes? I have had no luck with my dealer Indiana RV as they say "we can't help you." I have two weeks of camping and am a far way from home.

Water issue sounds like you have the valves in the utility compartment set wrong.

Did the air work when you picked it up?

There is a list of Mobile Service people at the front desk. Also call Coach Net, they provide emergency service too and you should have that for the first year from JAYCO.

Good luck getting Jayco to do anything to help. We have had major issues since day one and have had nothing but resistance from them. Our dealer was helpful when we were in the area, now we are several hours from them and they still try to honestly help when needed.

All I can think of on the air is maybe it's freezing up. When I'm in Florida, I always run the speed in high or it will freeze and not blow cold. Like grumpy said on the water, check those valves. I would call mobile service if I was on vacation and couldn't figure it out though. My dealer totally ignored me after I purchased and I was only 20 miles away with water leaking from plumbing and the roof.

Is Indiana RV an internet dealer? Why did they say they wouldn't they help, any specific reason?

Sorry to hear about your rough start. We have had phenomenal service with three dealers (due to moves) and the Jayco factory. I like Grumpys advice to use CoachNet and follow up with Jayco directly if the dealer is not supporting your warranty work. They will likely authorize another vendor for service. Good luck and hope it gets better!
