Jayco North Point 377 - FWT filling while on city water

Just wondering why my dry camping tank would be filling while on city water setup. I double checked my setup and it all seems right, but it continues to fill my holding tank

I think the water pump has a check valve that stops water from going into to the tank unless the pump is running. Perhaps that is the issue.

I had an issue with the plastic valves where one was cracked internally and filled the water tank while on city water. You may need to inspect and or replace some valves.
