Jayco North Point 377RLBH Icemaker Refrigerator No Water
So, I originally found this site while searching for an answer to why no water was getting to my refrigerator ice maker.
I found partial answers in multiple threads, but nothing really straight forward.
So, here is what I found in my North Point 377RLBH today. Hope it helps someone else scratching their head.
I found two valves. One under the kitchen island and one under the oven.
A cover made of some paneling needs to be removed under the sink to access the island valve by the floor. Mine was cleverly hidden behind the drain pipe.
Then to make things even more fun, the drawer under the oven needs to be removed in order to access the valve by the fridge. There are release tabs on each of the drawer slides so it will come out.
Now I have ice cold water and ice!
Pictures attached.

Glad you figured it out! All of us with the 377's were right there with you.

My 381DLQS was exactly the same. Had to remove two screws from the floor under the island and loosen one of the carbon monoxide detector screws on the side of the cabinet to remove the panel. That valve was closed but the one under the stove was open.

For what’s it’s worth, there seems to be only one valve in my 2018 377, behind the false panel under sink. I couldn’t find anything under stove, or behind any drawer in that vicinity.

I have a 2018 377rlbh. Believe me, there are 2 valves. it is behind the oven and the line is screwed to the wall. Thankful they barely screw it in the wall and a little pull and it comes loose.

You say so.
I’ve been through that area multiple times with a flashlight, peeking behind oven, all the drawers out, pulling on the fridge lines since everyone said there should be a valve back there.
Since I didn’t find one, I figured the factory finally decided to save some money and stop putting in two valves where you only needed one.
Water to fridge works as intended, and turns off fully with the single valve under the sink.

I can snap a pic of it. I pulled the drawers next to the stove and can see the water line, pulled the refridge and see the small 1/4" icemaker line go behind the oven. I have a 34 inch arm and strained to reach the 1/4" line and followed it to the valve. Felt a clamp and pulled. My 377 was built on 12/15/17.

Mine was built about same time.
If there is one there, and it takes that much effort to find it, what’s the purpose?
I achieve full function with the one under the sink.
Why even have that second one?
Unless there’s a reason I’m not aware of, I’ll just save the risk of getting my arm stuck.

Also, the drain is a blue line with a chrome valve on it, underneath, between the 2 valves. It's about mid-way under the camper.

Jayco North Point 377RLBH Icemaker Refrigerator No Water
38fdds has one valve for ice maker that was hidden way back behind a bottom drawer. Once opened in the summer of 2016, it has remained open. Lol. I have no interest in wrestling with that again!
I don’t drain it either. To winterize I run the pink stuff through it until I get pink slush cubes. Then cycle it 4 or 5 times when opening for the season.

They put that valve there so they can pressure test the system to the fridge and it is no longer needed and now is a weak point in the system that might leak and usually ends up leaking as it did with ours. Its in an area that you wont be checking often until there is a problem. I removed that valve on my system and now only use the one under the sink to take away a potential problems and possible slide rot if it happens as it will be a slow drip leak.

Been trying to figure this out. Even talked to a jayco tech. They told me there was a valve under the sink in the island which I couldn't find. I found the one under the oven. Pictures gave me specific place to look under the island. Now hopefully I will have water and make ice.

Our Eagle 330RSTS TT has the same setup. It sure was a head scratcher for us as well.
