Jayco One Control adding devices

We recently purchased a new 2019 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS Fifth wheel and it has the lipert One Control system. Some of the functions are present like slide control, one of the two awnings and a couple lights. Our second awning was a factory installed option but does not show up on the touch panel or using the Phone App Jaycommand. Anyone know if there is there a way to add these? I tried to use the scan function to add devices but nothing showed up.

Thanks, Dan

Its the same on our 2017 Eagle 321rsts
They put the 5 port controller in them.... 3 slides, one awning, one awning light. The levelup control for auto level is a separate component on the system but shows up as well. There are 8 port controllers made by lippert but Jayco decided not to use them on this model. Its a tad frustrating to be able to run one awning and light but not the second one. Lippert makes a bunch of different add on controllers for genny, tanks etc.
Just an engineering or marketing decision to use the 5 port in my humble opinion
You can find the controllers for sale on eBay intermittently but the price is not cheap. You would then need to wire in the 2nd awning and light. I believe a couple of folks on this forum have done it.

YMMV

Thanks for your reply. I don't think it is worth the trouble, just seems like it is unfinished with only part of the devices connected. Thanks again Dan

Same feeling I have. We spent significant $$ on the rig and get shorted on a $200 uplift. Just seems wrong!
Just my 1/2 cent.

Checkout the mods section of the forum. Others have added additional components.

The lights/awnings are off the main board but the tank monitor and generator control are are separate controllers that go online on the canbus.

Jayco command add devices

Have a new 2021 jayco Eagle and it has JayCommand installed. I bought a southridge 35550 surge suppressor and it has an RG11 port for external monitor so line voltage can be monitored in the coach.
Does anyone know enough about these systems to know if this monitoring can be done on the system instead on another $150 monitor screen?
