Jayco Outdoor Kitchen Quick Connect LP location

Apologies if this has been covered, but I couldn’t find a thread on it. I have a 2019 Jayco 319MLOK with an exterior kitchen. I know there is a quick connect at the rear of the RV but I can’t locate one in the kitchen bay.

I’ve taken the grill drawer out and there is not one. They supplied the short hose but there is no where to connect it. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are talking out the outdoor kitchen the quick connect on mine is up fairly high and behind the three burners stove. You may have to go under it the first time to see it but then it gets easier. Sorta!

Yes looked under “counter”. Looked under trailer. The propane line feeds into the slideout through the bottom cover(same slide as oven). Line doesn’t feed into exterior kitchen it appears.

I don't have the same model as you, but do have the outdoor kitchen/grill.

I have a quick connect at the rear bumper for a bumper mount barbecue and another quick connect on the frame directly below the grill. The hose runs on the outside of the slide from the quick connect on the frame to the quick connect on the bottom/rear of the grill.

I will take a picture and post shortly.

The 1st picture is of the outdoor kitchen. The 2nd is of the underside of the grill showing the quick connect to the grill and the 3rd picture is of the quick connect on the frame below the grill.

The hose runs from the frame quick connect on the outside of the slide to the bottom of the grill. You can only connect the hose when the grill is fully extended.

Hope I didn't come off like a smart ass.

Rob Porters answer was way better with photos.

Grill Connection

Now that you have found where to hook up the grill you will likely find that:
1) It is cumbersome making the connection on the bottom of the grill
2) You can't push the grill back in with the hose connected -

I modified mine by changing the direction of the connection on the bottom to point toward the rear of the camper - got a longer quick connect hose - drilled a hole and fed the new hose through the bottom of kitchen - secured it to the underside of slice out with stress relief strap and keep it coiled up under the slide. This allows me to keep the under grill connection connected all the time and the hose is out of the way when using the grill. If you want the details I will take some pictures and tell you the details as to the fittings needed and where to get longet hose.

Thanks. I honestly don’t even use it anymore it’s so useless. I just use the LP connection to fuel my Blackstone griddle now.
