Possibly. They told me it was a poor connection somewhere on the roof. I asked where but the service advisor didn't know and the tech was out somewhere. It works now so I'm happy about that!!

My 2019 377 pre-wired for solar was a very poor connection and I know someone else with with a 375 that almost caught fire.

Here is the horrible crimp job on mine. When I took the factory roof connection panel off it fell apart in my hands and the number of wire strands they cut off was ridiculous.

Seeing some of these wiring pictures make me cringe when I'm going to eventually hook up a panel to use

Yeah I was actually happy mine were not hooked up and I had to remove the roof connector plate to do it my self. Found the wire nuts they were going to use on top of the insulation. Much better heat shrink butt connection I did my self.
