I have a iphone and where my 5th wheel is park i have no internet and so as i logged into jaycocommand app it said firmware has a update but when i try to update it says unable and retry. How do i get the update to work so i can use my app?

You must be connected to the Internet to apply updates to your iPhone. This requires either cellular service or be connected to a Wi-Fi in order to apply updates. Sounds like you have neither.

Your jaycocommand wall panel is actually a google tablet. You'll notice at the bottom, the circle, triangle and square or drag your finger from the top to bottom to show the settings gear. Within that is network, so you'll want to connect your panel to an internet source - same as you would if you have an Android tablet. Once connected, visit the google play store... there's an icon for it on the panel (tablet). Maybe there's other stuff that needs updating too. I installed 'Assistant' and setup mail and added a few other neat apps, for example Power WatchDog for my surge suppressor.
