Jaycommand

I have recently purchased a 2020 Jayco 317rlok and we have taken one trip. All well. Today was closing everything up after unloading for winter and the slides were sputtering when using the touchscreen. It seemed to work better on my phone. Am I pressing to hard? Anybody have an idea?

Congratulations! We also bought a '20 317rlok this year, and really love it. I have noticed while using the touchscreen, that it takes a steady pressure, not too excessive to have the slides come in and out with a stop or two. Nothing really wrong, just kind of sensitive I guess. Hope you enjoy your new rig as much as we are enjoying ours!

Thanks Rfactor1! We have always had a travel trailer and love this new fifth wheel as well. Feel a little spoiled! We take it back to dealer in a couple of weeks for winterization and will ask them. I guess my pudgy fingers might need to let up a bit

We have noticed the same thing on our Talon. Finger centered and steady pressure. This applies to all functions you need to hold. Welcome to the group.
