Out of nowhere (may have been the latest update push) my JayCommand interface display has rotated into portrait orientation. My control panel is mounted in landscape. The Google interface and display settings are all set to landscape and appear also in landscape when I am interfacing with that software. The best I can tell after probably hours of standing in front of the panel and going through every settings menu and option I could find I can not determine how to get the JayCommand app to be viewed in landscape orientation. The app works fine but is rotated 90 degrees out of phase with how my panel is mounted.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
FYI: I have considered doing a "force close" of the JayCommand app and then restart it to see if that "wakes" it up to then rotate correctly but I am concerned that I may have to pair everything again and we are currently enjoying a week in Arizona in our 2021 Jayco Northpoint.
I would do a restart. I am sure that is what BMPro will have you do first. It should save your paired devises. From my experience BMPro is not the speediest when you email them. It may take a few days for them to get back with you if you go that route.
Thanks for the reply. If it wasn't Christmas week I would reboot the app immediately. We have just a few more days on this particular trip and other then the app being 90 degrees out of sync with device it is more of an annoyance at the moment.
I will post what the results are of the app refresh when I do that.
